It's that time of year...

Where we all look back at what we have achieved in the past year and start getting ready to implement plans for next year...

I've seen both Grant Cardone and Gary Vaynerchuk speak this year and the emphasis has been very much about hustle, grind and being relentless and omnipresent online.

As much as I agree with the principle, I also like what Rob Moore says in his book Life Leverage where he talks about leveraging your time wisely but building both your own skills, but also your team too.

Delegation...

Automation...

Outsourcing...

Re-purposing content...

The list could go on.

The point is, should we feel bad about NOT working relentlessly and getting stuff done through other means or should we be in front of our laptops, phones, customers and team members constantly!?!
